The Omnichannel Partner (“Omni Partner”) is a headquarters-based role that supports sales execution by a regional team of Account Executives in the field by coordinating territory-specific omnichannel customer engagement initiatives. Support of the Account Executives within the region consists of the Omni Partner providing advanced analytical support to drive prospecting and call planning assistance, customizing and driving the execution of ongoing digital marketing tactics, monitoring omnichannel dashboards to optimize channel selections, identifying educational gaps, and uncovering actionable insights.
Working across commercial functions (e.g., sales, brand marketing, market analytics, and customer experience), the Omni Partner will work to develop insights and KPIs that increase our understanding of the opportunities available for omnichannel marketing and the value of digital channels, and to lead to continual improvements with a test and learn approach.

Primary Job Function
Provide callplanning and prospecting support to a regional team of Account Executives.
Optimize ongoingdigital communication strategies to provide promotional product informationwith customers between in-person visits.
Manage the internalreporting of specific digital promotional campaign performance tocommercial leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement and bestpractices. Work with subject matter experts to ensure analysis is insightfuland actionable.
Own thedevelopment and communication of digital execution dashboards, identifyinginsights and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct deep diveanalysis for specific commercial functions/teams as needed to informcontent plans, strategic plans, etc., with some supervision.
Serve as anomnichannel subject matter expert for Account Executives andcross-functional commercial partners, providing guidance to elevate theirunderstanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics. Developdashboards for teams as needed.
Integrate AccountExecutives’ customer insights with data-driven insights to create regionalinfluence maps and customized target lists.
Improve CustomerRelationship Marketing (CRM) utility by identifying and resolving contactinformation gaps at the territory level.
Gather and providefeedback and recommendations back to marketing and customer experienceteams to improve CRM and omnichannel platforms, processes, strategies, andtactics.
Bachelor’s Degreerequired; Advanced Degree preferred
6 years totalexperience
3 years salesexperience, or directly supporting sales
3 years ofhands-on experience with Brand & digital marketing tools and analyticstools; 5+ years preferred
Digital native – demonstratescuriosity and advanced understanding of digital environments
Strong leadershipskills and the ability to influence within a matrixed environment
Excellentreporting and analytical skills
Proficiency withExcel and PowerPoint
Loves numbers anddigging into data, but able to turn data into actionable insights
Project andprocess management experience
Excellentcommunications skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
Demonstratedability to present to executive audiences
Ability to manageseveral concurrent tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment withlimited supervision
Experience withmedical/regulatory/legal review processes
